Movement By Design is an osteopathic clinic dedicated to helping people move the way they were meant to - naturally, fluidly, and efficiently.
Modern life often limits how we move. We sit too much, slump forward, and lose mobility. Over time, these habits create poor biomechanics, dysfunctional movement patterns, and eventually restriction or injury.
Our mission is to reverse these effects-to restore flexibility, stability, and mechanical balance so your body can move freely and perform at its best.

Treatment.
We treat with a forward-thinking, multidimensional approach. Each session may draw on a range of techniques – such as soft tissue and fascial work, joint articulation or manipulation, dry needling, and strength training – tailored to your body’s specific needs and goals.
Education is central to what we do. We take the time to help you understand what’s happening in your body and how to manage it beyond the clinic. By learning to treat yourself, you become an active part of the process — building independence, resilience, and lasting results.
Performance Coaching.
We offer high-level coaching sessions designed to help you master movement and technique in the gym. Combining a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics with hands-on training under elite-level Powerlifters and Olympic Weightlifting champions, we give you the tools to move with precision and purpose.
These are focused, one-on-one sessions — not ongoing personal training. Every moment is tailored to your body, your technique, and your goals, so you leave with a clear understanding of how to perform safely, efficiently, and at your best.
Our philosophy is simple: execute movement flawlessly, and results will follow. This approach ensures long-term progress, injury-free training, and peak performance.
Workshops.
Our workshops give movement-based professionals and athletes a deeper understanding of how the body moves, why restrictions arise, and how they impact performance and injury risk.
Through hands-on, practical sessions, you’ll learn to identify common faults in movement patterns, assess where restrictions occur, and apply targeted corrective exercises to restore function and optimise performance.
Each workshop is tailored to your group — whether a gym team, athletic squad, or network of fitness professionals — providing actionable skills that can be applied immediately to improve movement, reduce injury risk, and enhance results.
